Get them moving

You could sign them up to a couple of fun exercise classes – you could always join her for a bit or moral support and quality time – or even or pay for a few personal trainer sessions to get them started. New gym gear or new trainers or even a lovely new water bottle that will help keep them hydrated when they’re sweating it out. 

A pamper session

Who doesn’t love a long, indulgent session at a spa retreat? Well, your mum certainly will. And again, it’s the perfect opportunity to spend some quality time together. You could book a morning or afternoon session, indulge in a couple of treatments and then top it all off with a delicious afternoon tea. Tick something off their list

Mums never stop and always have a to-list longer their arm! So, as a meaningful treat, why not offer to take care of something for her so she doesn’t have to? Picking up the dry cleaning, running errands in town for her, the cleaning or house maintenance. Whatever she needs help with, give her a hand!
