Well stated! Our rainbow kids just happen to be on the rainbow spectrum themselves, but they will always belong to our community because they have to face awkwardness, or blunt conversations wherever we live. Also, THANK YOU for speaking out against Transphobia, which is painfully too common in the Lesbian community to our Trans Sisters.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my post! It’s good to know our children have a community they can call home.

Also, I will absolutely stick up for members of our community, even if the perpetrators are fellow members. It’s not right. Trans rights are human rights.

Totally agree, it’s hard to consider that our children will perhaps go through the same ignorance we have experienced simply by being born to two mums, and they are definitely more than ally’s. I dread the day Tristan gets asked the ‘whose your real mother’ question. Great post as usual.

Thank you so much for reading. 🙂

We take every day as a lesson and hope that others do too.
