You can achieve this by displaying various decorations and memorabilia that speak to the experiences you have had together as a family, and which are likely to help with those special memories. That could be anything from models of your hands that you all made with one of those family casting kits to various photographs of the holidays and good times you have had together.

Keeping it clean and tidy
Any home is going to be much more special for the family if you are making a point of keeping it as it should be. Keeping it clean and tidy is going to mean that you can enjoy it so much more, and that is something that you can obviously all work on together to make it happen.
